Between 2008 and 2018, he held several key roles within the NBAD Group, including General Manager of the bank in Lebanon and Head of the Levant & North Africa team in Geneva, where he managed relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. Before his tenure at NBAD, Ziad served as a member of the management team at BNP Paribas in Switzerland, overseeing the Saudi and Kuwaiti markets. He began his career in 1998 as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch. Ziad holds an MBA from Imperial College London.

Hadi brings extensive experience in investment management and private banking to CHF Capital SA. From 2016 to 2018, he served as a Director at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where he was responsible for managing key client relationships and overseeing investment portfolios. Prior to that, Hadi spent eight years at Credit Suisse, where he managed a diverse portfolio of regional corporations and high-net-worth individuals, and was actively involved in several private placement transactions.He began his career at JPMorgan, focusing on the Saudi Arabian market within the Private Banking division, and was responsible for business development in the Bahrain market. Hadi is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Robert is a seasoned banker with over 45 years of experience at BNP Paribas. Throughout his distinguished career, he held key roles in Lebanon, France, and Geneva, ultimately leading the Middle East desk in Geneva. During his tenure, Robert managed large portfolios of high-net-worth individuals. His long-standing relationships and deep-rooted network in the Middle East brings significant contribution to CHF Capital SA.

Gabriel brings over two decades of experience in the banking and financial services sector to CHF Capital SA. Most recently, he served as Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking at Qatar National Bank (QNB) in Lebanon, where he managed relationships with high-net-worth individuals, large corporations, and institutional clients. Throughout his career, Gabriel has held numerous managerial roles, gaining extensive expertise in financial services and corporate banking. Gabriel holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from McGill University in Montreal and a master's degree i Finance from ESCP (Paris) and ESA (Beirut).

Laurent has over 30 years of experience in Discretionary Portfolio Management and Investment Advisory. He has held senior roles at leading international bankssuch as UBS Switzerland and NBAD Group, as well as in financial firms and family offices, giving him a unique perspective that bridges large-scale institutional management and highly personalized investment strategies. His expertise covers the selection and monitoring of investments, asset allocation, model portfolios, performance analysis, portfolio consolidation and reporting. Laurent holds a degree in Economics from the University of Geneva and a CEFA certification (Certified European FinancialAnalyst).

Rania is an experienced corporate lawyer with over a decade of professional experience in Lebanon. After relocating to Switzerland, she joined CHF Capital SA as its Office Manager. Her expertise in law and compliance has positively contributed to the company’s activities and operations. Rania is known for her strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, which have allowed her to effectively manage and support the office's daily functions. She holds a bachelor's degree in Law from Saint Joseph University in Beirut.

Licia has over 25 years of experience in private banking, business creation and development, risk management and compliance, spanning roles including company secretary, chief risk & compliance officer and head of corporate strategy at leading banking institutions in Geneva. She has also set up and managed a bank (accepted as CEO by FINMA). She holds a master’s degree in international relations from IHEID in Geneva, a certificate in compliance management from the University of Geneva and a certificate in corporate governance from Harvard Business School. For many years she also lectured at the Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire (ISFB) in Geneva. She is a member of the Groupement des Compliance Officers (GCO) and the Swiss Risk Association (SRA). Licia is also the founding partner of Phoenix Global Services SA and CHF CAPITAL SA risk and compliance officer under an outsourcing mandate.

Flora has more than 25 years of experience working for asset managers in Geneva as a legal, compliance and trust officer. She is also a certified ICI Master Coach. She has been with Phoenix for 15 years, managing projects in risk management, in particular with banking institutions. Flora sits on various boards of directors. She holds a master’s in law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece and a bar exam (Thessaloniki Bar Association), as well as an LLM and a certificate in compliance management from the University of Geneva. Flora is a member of the Groupement des Compliance Officers (GCO) and the Swiss Risk Association (SRA). Flora is also the founding partner of Phoenix Global Services SA and CHF CAPITAL SA risk and compliance officer under an outsourcing mandate.

John is a seasoned investment professional with extensive expertise in global asset allocation and fund management. Most recently, he served as Head of Global Asset Allocation and lead fund manager for Deuterium Capital Management's Dynamic Allocation funds. Prior to that, John managed Global Dynamic Allocation funds at Jupiter Asset Management and held the role of Head of Global Asset Allocation at Merion Global Investors, which was acquired by Jupiter in 2020. He co-founded Kestrel Investment Partners LLP in 2011, where he built a successful global asset allocation business that was acquired by Merion in 2019. Earlier in his career, John served as Head of Asset Allocation at Iveagh from 2006 to 2011, where he launched the Iveagh Wealth Fund. He also held the role of Head of Global Asset Allocation at AllianceBernstein from 1996 to 2003. John co-founded and built two successful global allocation fund management and financial analytics businesses: Cursitor Management, which was sold to Alliance Capital in 1996, and Bullrun Financial, which was sold to Quantal International Inc. in 2010.

Walid brings over 20 years of experience in banking and finance to CHF Capital SA. Most recently, he served as Finance Director at MCM Group, where he was responsible for implementing the group’s strategic growth plans. Prior to that, Walid held the role of Associate Director at HSBC (UAE) on the Institutional Sales Desk within the Global Markets Division. He managed institutional clients transacting in treasury products, including fixed income, rates, FX, equities, structured, and Shariah-compliant products. Earlier in his career, he worked at Arab Banking Corporation (Bahrain) as a Senior Relationship Manager, focusing on treasury, investment, and trade finance solutions to regional financial institutions and corporates. Walid holds a Master of Science in Finance from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Habib brings over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, having worked with Arab Finance Corporation in various capacities. His expertise as a trader, private banker, and relationship manager allowed him to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients while significantly expanding the firm’s client base across the Middle East and Africa. Habib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has completed postgraduate courses in Financial Markets at Saint Joseph University in Beirut.

Wissam brings over 35 years of experience in finance, having worked with major institutions such as Lehman Brothers and Oppenheimer in London and New York, Saudi French and Al Jazira Bank in Saudi Arabia, and Paribas (Private Banking) in Bahrain. His career spans a wide range of roles across investment banking and private banking. Wissam also served as a consultant to the chairman of two prominent Saudi companies, including Najran Cement, where he supported the company’s financial needs from its inception to its successful IPO on the Saudi Stock Exchange. With extensive experience across asset classes from secondary markets to private equity and venture capital. Wissam brings deep insights into diverse investment opportunities. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut.

Hicham is an investment and financial markets professional with 27 years of expertise in the industry. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions in Qatar, London, and the Levant region. Hicham began his career in 1996 at Doha Bank, Qatar, as Head of Private Banking and Portfolio Management. In 2001, he joined Refco Overseas Limited in London, where he served as Head of Private Client Services for the Middle East region. In 2003, he was appointed Senior Banker at Fransa Invest Bank, where he established the private banking department for the local market. Hicham holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe, a bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Joseph University, Lebanon, and an Islamic Financial Qualification (IFQ) from ESA, Lebanon. He is also a certified general representative accredited by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), London, since 2002.

Abdo brings over 20 years of extensive experience in banking and financial services, having served within the Fransabank Group both in Lebanon and internationally. In 2001, he was appointed as the bank's representative in Latin America, where he later held the position of Area Manager for over eleven years, overseeing regional operations and strategic development. In 2013, Abdo returned to Beirut to take on the role of Branch Manager, where he focused on managing clients’ deposits, as well as developing SME and retail banking services. In 2021, he transitioned to a Geneva-based family office, where he currently manages a portfolio of private banking clients from the Middle East region. Abdo holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Sagesse University in Beirut. He has also completed several professional training courses with the Association of Banks in Lebanon and in Switzerland through Vision Compliance.
